AV is seeking a Security Manager/Facility Security Officer to work in a dynamic high tempo environment while managing a medium sized security team delivering a Mission First approach while implementing the National Industrial Security Programs (NISP). This position will manage, administer, and coordinate industrial security programs and other security activities to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures.

AV is seeking a Security Manager/Facility Security Officer to work in a dynamic high tempo environment while managing a medium sized security team delivering a Mission First approach while implementing the National Industrial Security Programs (NISP). This position will manage, administer, and coordinate industrial security programs and other security activities to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures.

Manage a small team of Facility Security Officers across the enterprise, assuring the security of people, facilities, programs, and operations in a highly dynamic, diverse, and geographically dispersed set of National Security efforts.

The successful candidate will provide support at two (2) local sites; leadership to Program and Industrial Security Operations; work along side the Sr Manager and Director on the development and execution of security for programs, contracts and operations ranging from unclassified, CUI, Collateral programs.

• Provide guidance, and professional development for security professionals. Ensure that the team fosters a cohesive and collaborative environment where diversity and innovation is encouraged
• Manage the integration of related industrial security initiatives across the enterprise and ensure employee engagement and facilities change as necessary to meet contract compliance while meeting operational and business goals
• Participate in the investigation of Security incidents and assist with disciplinary and legal matters as necessary
• Maintain all security documentation and files in accordance with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) requirements.
• Maintain Facility Security Clearance (FCL) documentation and submission in accordance with DCSA requirements.
• Maintain DD-254s including compiling and disseminating sub-DD254s.
• Provide and document new employee security briefings, exit interviews and debriefing, investigate and report security violations and incidents.
• Maintain classified holdings and prepare classified transmittals in accordance with NISPOM guidelines and requirements.
• Participate and oversee annual refresher training to include preparing necessary documentation in support of the DCSA Security Vulnerability Assessments.
• Experience with the classification management process and classification guides associated with DoD and IC information.
• Ability to create and use Security Classification Guides
• Maintain a working relationship with DCSA or other Federal Agencies and each contract's security office.
• Perform daily security activities and enforce government and company security policies.

• Candidates must have at least 7+ years of hands‑on experience in Industrial Security across the entire security spectrum (DOD, IC and NISPOM - Collateral, SCI and SAP), Physical Security, Cyber Information Assurance, COMSEC and Emergency/Crisis Management planning and execution
