Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Data Center Security Specialist to join the AIS team in Clifton, TX. You will oversee security operations for data centers, manage vendor relationships, and ensure access control and CCTV systems function reliably to protect critical infrastructure.

• -Oversee contract security staff and daily operations
• -Manage data center security
• -Coordinate with security vendors
• -Maintain availability for emergency response
• -Monitor and ensure functionality of security systems

• -Drive continuous improvement through KPIs and improvement plans
• -Ensure proper protocol adherence by all personnel
• -Oversee access control, visitor management, and CCTV systems
• -Manage facility access badge issuance
• -Maintain security equipment through regular inspections
• -Implement preventative maintenance programs

• -Investigate security incidents and provide notifications
• -Involvement in emergency response plans and evacuation procedures
• -Develop relationships with law enforcement and emergency services

• -Generate security incident reports
• -Prepare and deliver presentations to business partners
• -Support internal security evaluations
• -Ensure compliance with corporate security standards

• -Identify security-related opportunities
• -Develop innovative security solutions
• -Ensure professional security interactions

AWS is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Data Center Security Manager to join our expanding Infrastructure Operations team.

• Experience overseeing security operations and working with security vendors/contractors
• Experience with access control and CCTV systems

• Bachelor's degree or above in Security, Law Enforcement, or military discipline
• 2+ years of security-related professional, or 1+ years of security-related professional experience

USA, TX, Clifton - 26.00 - 45.48 USD hourly

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
