- At least 2 years of experience developing web applications with Java and relational databases
- Proven experience with relational database systems such as MySQL
- Experience with Subversion or another version control system (ex: Git, CVS)
- Familiarity writing unit tests with Junit
Responsibilities:
- Work on a team with 6 other developers – report to Lead Developer
- Develop new features for the Brazen online events platform using Java, Spring, GWT (Google web toolkit), Akka, MySQL
- Write code that enables users to create, market, manage and participate in online events hosted on the platform
- Support marketing and events management teams as needed
