We are seeking a highly motivated Frontend Software Engineer to join the team to design, build, and maintain a collaborative file redaction system for the web using modern frameworks and technologies like Next.js
, React
, and Type Script . Developing performant and intuitive interfaces that enable multiple users to view, edit, and manage sensitive visual and textual data in real time, with a strong emphasis on precision, usability, and reliability.
- Work with designers and backend engineers to design and implement core features of a collaborative redaction and editing platform.
- Develop modular, high-quality UI components in React and Type Script, integrated within a Next.js application.
- Build interfaces that handle complex visual layouts and rendering efficiently in the browser.
- Implement real-time collaboration features that support multiple users editing shared documents concurrently.
- Communicate with backend services to synchronize data, user actions, and document states.
- Ensure responsiveness, performance, and stability across browsers and devices.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews to maintain a clean, scalable frontend codebase.
- 2+ years of professional experience in frontend web development.
- Strong proficiency in Type Script, React, and Next.js.
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend development practices.
- Experience integrating REST or Graph
QL APIs. - Ability to translate complex product requirements into elegant, maintainable UI solutions.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with collaborative editing or real-time synchronization (e.g. Web Sockets, CRDTs, or OT).
- Familiarity with graphics rendering or canvas-based applications (e.g. HTML5 Canvas, WebGL, or SVG).
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for rendering-intensive UIs.
- Experience building document or image editing tools.
- Understanding of design systems and frontend architecture patterns.
