What You’ll Do- Design and implement scalable, high‑performance applications using modern .NET technologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with clients and teammates to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop robust RESTful APIs and web applications using ASP.NET Core.
- Create responsive and interactive user interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and automated testing best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the organization.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in the .NET ecosystem and contribute to technical discussions.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advocate for quality engineering practices and modern development approaches.
- 3+ years of .NET development experience with strong technical foundation.
- Expertise in C# and ASP.NET Core for web applications & APIs.
- Experience with modern frontend tech such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and other ORMs.
- Proficiency in test‑driven development and tools such as xUnit, NUnit, Moq.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and Docker.
- Understanding of API design principles and implementation best practices.
- Proficiency in Git‑based workflows and SDLC management.
- Experience in agile environments following agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts.
- Problem‑solving mindset with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with .NET performance optimization and debugging techniques.
- Experience with serverless computing and event‑driven architectures.
- Understanding of WCAG and implementing accessible applications.
- Experience with observability tools for monitoring & logging.
- Proficiency with GenAI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Git Hub Copilot.
- Understanding of trunk‑based development practices and feature flags.
- Experience with message brokers, asynchronous processing technologies.
- Understanding of Dev Sec Ops principles and application security best practices.
