Location: Arlington, VA & Herndon, VA (Full Stack | Active TS/SCI Clearance Required)

Join Talos Mission Solutions as a Full-Stack Software Development Engineer and build mission-critical infrastructure for a top-tier hyperscale cloud environment. You’ll architect and deliver end-to-end features in a high‑visibility Management Console—work that scales from design through deployment and impacts operations across secure intelligence community environments. This is a full‑stack role for experienced developers who thrive shipping production code, collaborating across teams, and growing within a high‑performing, clearance‑friendly organization.

Government Shutdown Status: This position operates on a contract vehicle that is not impacted by federal government shutdowns. Work continues uninterrupted.

• Design & Develop: Build scalable web applications using React, Type Script, and Java; architect robust solutions from functional requirements through production deployment
• Collaborate: Partner with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, conduct code reviews, and maintain high engineering standards
• Documentation & Quality: Produce clear technical documentation, implement testing methodologies, manage source control, and adhere to coding standards

Required:

• Active DOD Secret Clearance + US citizenship and local to Arlington, Virginia
• Minimum 3+ years of professional, non‑internship full‑stack development experience
• Demonstrated experience with API development, model integration, version control (Git), and database management
• Track record of shipping code across the full development lifecycle

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
• Hands‑on experience with coding standards, code reviews, build processes, testing frameworks, and operations
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and testing frameworks

• Base Salary: $225,000–$295,000 (based on experience and clearance level)
