Sedaro is hiring a Lead Dev Ops Engineer to build our culture of operational excellence. In this role, you will integrate CI/CD, security, and observability tools and automation for our Kubernetes-based multi-cloud environment, as well as rallying your teammates toward best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems architecture
• Experience implementing CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability practices
• Proficiency in scripting and automation
• Track record implementing security controls and vulnerability management
• Experience leading incident response and root cause analysis
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform CDKTF
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure
• Experience with IL4/5+ and/or NIST 800‑171
