Software Engineer II

Job Profile: Join the Business Experimentation and Optimization (BE&O) team to build revolutionary software products that deliver sophisticated analytics and enable data-driven decision-making at scale. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain end-to-end software solutions including frontend, backend, and APIs. Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing for high-performance applications. Collaborate on software architecture and design to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in database queries, API calls, and frontend rendering. Mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills: 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a focus on data-intensive applications. Strong skills in .NET, C#, Typescript, React, and SQL. Experience with system design, microservices, and coding best practices. Agile development experience. Passionate about analytical and quantitative problem solving.

Flexible and quick learner with the ability to work across frontend and backend domains.
