Senior Data Engineer

Digis is looking for an experienced, motivated, and self-organizing Senior Data Engineer to join our remote team and contribute to an impactful project in the medical field, aimed at improving healthcare practices and outcomes.

About the Project:
The mission of the project is to provide a comprehensive range of services necessary to support technology leaders and medical practices on their journey to success. They offer systems and practical recommendations that enable effective measurement of results and identification of key areas for revenue growth — from initial contact with a potential client to long-term patient retention.

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• 3+ years of experience with Python
• 2+ years of experience with AWS services
• Intermediate or higher level of spoken English
• Architect and implement robust, scalable data pipelines for diverse, high-volume data sources
• Engineer a high-performance data lakehouse on AWS, capable of handling structured and unstructured data
• Develop lightning-fast ETL processes to transform raw data into meaningful insights
• Ensure data integrity and quality by designing monitoring and validation frameworks
• Optimize storage and retrieval mechanisms to power real-time AI applications
• Support AI-driven decision-making by building data crawlers and integrations that enhance our RAG-based intelligence systems
