Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring an Automotive Upholstery Technician / Trimmer for a full-time opportunity with an established specialty automotive restoration and fabrication company in Arlington, WA.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced automotive upholsterer to take ownership of an upholstery department while working on high-end restoration, specialty vehicle, and custom interior projects. Location: Arlington, WA
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour DOE
Job Type: Full-Time, Evaluation Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift

• Complete full automotive interior installations and replacements
• Perform upholstery repairs and interior restorations
• Install seat covers, carpets, door panels, and trim components
• Fabricate and install custom interior components
• Install and replace headliners
• Install and repair convertible tops
• Operate industrial sewing equipment
• Assist with estimating and bidding upholstery projects
• Order upholstery materials and supplies
• Communicate with customers regarding project scope and options
• Manage workflow and daily operations within the upholstery department

• Automotive upholstery experience is required
• Ability to complete full automotive interiors independently
• Experience with automotive sewing and fabrication
• Experience installing headliners and convertible tops
• Ability to perform upholstery repairs and custom interior work
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to read work orders and manage projects efficiently
• Customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Current automobile insurance
