Emergency Medicine Medical Director (Northern Washington) – 57248
Team Health is looking for an experienced emergency medicine physician to lead our emergency department as a full‑time clinical and administrative leader.
Responsibilities- Full‑time clinical role with dedicated medical director responsibilities
- Flexible scheduling structure
- Oversight of department operations, quality, and provider performance
- Collaboration with nursing, hospital administration, and ancillary departments
- Participation in hospital committees, physician engagement, and performance improvement initiatives while continuing hands‑on clinical practice in the ED
- Manage EMR (Epic)
- Estimated base hourly salary range of $270 – $280
- Opportunity to earn additional bonus compensation through RVU incentive plan
- Monthly medical director stipend
- 1099 independent contractor; not benefits eligible
