An Outpatient Clinic in Arlington, WA is looking for a Sterile Processing Technician to join their team. The focus of this position is the decontamination and reprocessing of instrument sets and reusable sterile supplies.

Schedule
:
Monday - Friday, 40 hour week. Variable evening shift 12pm-8:30pm or 2pm-10:30pm.

• Perform daily tasks for general ENT, orthopedic, and GI scopes
  .
• Conduct the complete sterilization cycle, including decontamination, cleaning, inspection, packaging, and sterilization of medical instruments.
• Operate and maintain sterilization equipment like autoclaves and washers/disinfectors
  .
• Prepare instruments for use in surgical procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and logs for all sterilization processes.
• Inspect instruments for cleanliness, function, and damage.
• Assist with inventory management of supplies and instruments.
• Adhere strictly to infection control policies and AAMI/AORN standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• Experience: Must have experience within the Sterile Processing Department (SPD) or GI lab.
