** You Have:
*** 3+ years of experience in data analysis, visualization, or quantitative research using tools and methods to support tactical and senior-level decision-making
* Experience in cleaning, validating, and preparing large datasets for analysis and visualization, and using geospatial tools, such as ESRI tools and platforms, to support analysis or visualization
* Experience with PAI
* Experience in Python or Java, and using tools such as Spark or Databricks, to support large-scale data processing, analysis, and visualization
* Experience with machine learning, automation, and artificial intelligence techniques applied to data analysis
* Experience working with the national intelligence community and the DoD Joint structure
* Knowledge of geo-enabled datasets
* Ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights, and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines
* TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
* Bachelor’s degree in a Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering, or Science field
** Nice If You Have:
*** Experience integrating structured and unstructured data via APIs or custom tools
* Experience with intelligence data fusion, multi-source integration, and IC data standards
* Experience designing or customizing tools to optimize data mining, cleaning, and analysis workflows
* Experience supporting intelligence analysis related to African political, security, or socio-economic issues
* Knowledge of NLP and machine learning methods applied to intelligence use cases
* Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills
* Possession of excellent client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills
* Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
