We are a manufacturer of structural parts for the leading original equipment manufacturers (OEM's) in the large business and regional jet markets. Our experience and capabilities span multiple segments of an aircraft, including the engine pylon, struts, wing box, wings, wheel well, and the interior. The System Administrator I is responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization's technology infrastructure, end-user computing environment, and cloud-based services. This position assists with the administration of Microsoft 365, Windows servers, user accounts, endpoint devices, network connectivity, and cybersecurity initiatives. Working under the direction of the IT Manager, the System Administrator I provides technical support, troubleshoots infrastructure issues, maintains system documentation, and helps ensure the stability, security, and performance of the organization's technology systems.

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for users, including desktop, laptop, printer, mobile device, application, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, One Drive, and Entra .
• Create, modify, and manage user accounts, permissions, security groups, and access controls.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows workstations and servers.
• Monitor system performance, availability, backups, and security alerts.
• Support endpoint management solutions, including software deployment, patch management, and device configuration.
• Assist in the administration of virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, wireless networking, and related technologies.
• Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation, and access reviews.
• Coordinate hardware deployments, upgrades, replacements, and lifecycle management activities.
• Support IT projects related to infrastructure improvements, cloud services, cybersecurity, and business applications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• 2-year technical degree and 3+ years of professional experience, or equivalent.

Work requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, lifting and carrying. This position may require overtime and shift changes. This position is part of a team and requires excellent communication skills. It is fast-paced with daily deadlines. Job functions on and around mechanized equipment will present the need for alertness, accuracy and safety awareness. The work requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds lifting and moving a variety of computer equipment i.e., monitors, printers, peripherals, etc.
