Night shift, 6:00 pm – 2:30 am
Pay: $80,500 – $85,863
Job Level: 5
Responsible for supervising the warehousing and shipping of incoming and outgoing materials. Supervises warehouse personnel.
Responsibilities- Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, ensuring safety operating procedures are followed.
- Schedule warehouse team members to meet facility demands.
- Allocate necessary space for stock rotation.
- Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control.
- Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable.
- Secure company assets.
- Manage labor and operating‑expense budget.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma (or GED) required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2–4 years warehouse/inventory experience required.
- 2–4 years supervising warehouse/inventory staff required.
- Experience managing budget required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs.
- Proficient with SAP or similar MRP programs.
- Able to lead front‑line employees effectively (may be in a unionized environment).
- Attention to detail.
- Team oriented.
- Can‑do, will‑do attitude.
- Able to handle conflict.
- Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack required.
- Ability to lift product (up to 50 lb) frequently and repetitively required.
