As a Customer Service Associate, you will assist customers in finding products, answer questions, and ensure their needs are met, with responsibilities varying by department, such as Appliances, Hardware, Plumbing, etc.

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly service
• Assist with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas
• Prepare merchandise based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 6 months experience with computers and retail technology
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform physical activities for extended periods
• Lift at least 25 lbs unassisted

• Retail or customer service experience
• Bilingual skills
• Trade certifications relevant to the department
