Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an Audit Manager within the audit team. This position offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work with a standout client base, all within a progressive and supportive environment. A four day working week is an option for this role.

• Leading audits from planning through to completion for a range of high-net-worth clients
• Reviewing audit fieldwork and ensuring compliance with current standards
• Developing strong client relationships and delivering commercial, solutions-focused advice
• Coaching and supporting junior staff within the audit function
• Working closely with colleagues in tax and corporate finance to offer integrated client solutions
• Staying up to date with regulatory changes and contributing to continuous improvement
• Playing an active role in business development and contributing to the firm's growth

• Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Strong background in external audit within a reputable accountancy practice
• Excellent technical understanding of UK auditing and financial reporting standards
• Proven experience in managing audit engagements and leading teams
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
• Highly organised, commercially aware, and proactive in approach
