Support accounts receivable/payable processes and reconciliations, ensuring ledgers are kept up to date. Complete daily bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies Process customer invoices and follow up on outstanding debt in a professional and timely manner Process customer payments accurately and maintain appropriate records. Complete corporate credit card and charge card transaction processing. Assist with the preparation of weekly payroll and associated reporting.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management as required. Provide financial, clerical and administrative support to the Finance Team Work closely with stakeholders across the wider business. Skills and Experience Minimum of 1 years' experience in a practice, finance or similar office-based role. Strong numerical ability, problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Office 365.
