We are currently looking for an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) Administrator to join our team.

In this full-time, 100% office-based role, you will perform administrative duties and will work in our Alarm Monitoring Centre in Silverwood Business Park, Craigavon, BT66 6SY
.

The main duties will include but not limited to the below across both AIM & Envision:

• Updating Keyholder information.
• Processing communicator orders for installers.
• Processing cancellation of communicators.
• Setting up of new records.
• Report generation.
• Commissioning of systems.
• Handling customer queries.
• Quality checking.
• Updating on call rotas.
• Managing and maintaining Engineer dispatch services.
• Footage requests.
• Alarm schedule maintenance.
• Connection checks.
