Staffline Recruitment Ireland is recruiting an organised and motivated Shared Services Support Officer to provide administrative and customer service support within a busy recruitment shared services team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administration, communication and IT skills who can manage information accurately and work effectively to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for staff, customers and clients, responding to or escalating queries as appropriate.
- Provide high-quality administrative support across recruitment and shared services.
- Input, process, monitor and validate information accurately and within required timescales.
- Maintain recruitment systems, databases and records.
- Assist with reports, documents, statistics and management information.
- Support recruitment and selection processes from beginning to end.
- Help develop and improve systems, procedures and service delivery.
- Deliver a professional and responsive service to staff and stakeholders.
Essential Criteria
Applicants must have:
- Five GCSEs at Grades A-C, including English Language and Mathematics, or equivalent qualifications; or
- At least 18 months' relevant clerical or administrative experience.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and other information systems.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to complete the REC Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing within 12 months of starting the role.
