Junior Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Armagh for a Junior Quantity Surveyor. Responsibilities include preparing estimates and cost plans, analyzing project requirements, managing contracts and budgets, and contributing to project management activities. You will also assist with tender submissions, cost control, and preparing valuations while liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure each project's financial and contractual elements are effectively managed.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, including proficiency in cost planning and estimating
• Experience in contract management, budgeting, and cost control
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, demonstrating problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards in the construction industry is highly advantageous
