Position: Junior / Intermediate Contracts Manager

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Junior / Intermediate Contracts Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious electrical professional looking to develop their project management and commercial skills within a supportive and progressive environment.

The Role

Working closely with senior management, estimators, site supervisors, and project teams, you will assist in the successful delivery of electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing commercial, industrial and residential electrical projects ranging from £100,000 to £3 million.
  • Coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors, and site activities.
  • Monitor project programmes, budgets, and progress.
  • Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Support procurement and material scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
  • Support project handovers and completion documentation.
  • Experience with in the electrical contracting industry.
  • Strong understanding of electrical installations and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Full UK driving licence.
