NRL in Northern Ireland invites motivated individuals to join its Operations Development Programme at Kilroot and Ballylumford power stations. This full-time, site-based role offers hands-on learning to operate and monitor power generation plant while working with experienced engineers.
Participants complete a structured 2–3 year programme, receive mentoring, and aim to become fully qualified Operations Technicians.
