Breagh Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Services Coordinator for building services projects in Down, Northern Ireland. You will own design coordination, conduct technical reviews, and engage with consultants, contractors and internal teams to deliver coordinated preconstruction solutions.
With 3+ years in mechanical/building services, you will read drawings, manage risks, and drive preconstruction excellence using Procore, AutoCAD or Revit, ensuring projects are set up for successful delivery
