Management Accountant

Reporting directly to the Financial Director, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations, supporting team members, and ensuring strong financial controls across the business. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is committed to continuous improvement.

• Qualified accountant / Part Qualified / QBE
• Previous experience in a management accounting or similar finance role
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with confidence in financial reporting
• Strong IT skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Assist in overseeing the daily financial operations of the business
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts
• Identify, recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting quality
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and ad‑hoc financial analysis as required
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company financial policies
