HireIQ are partnering with a well-established, leading business who make a real difference in the local community as they hire for a Financial Accountant with this newly created position. Youll gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, making it an excellent role to strengthen your CV and broaden your skillset, reporting to the senior finance team. About the job:
Preparation of monthly management accounts and month-end reporting. Completion of balance sheet reconciliations and trial balance reviews. Assist with budgeting, forecasting and year-end audit processes. Support cashflow management, payroll and day-to-day finance operations. Oversee sales and purchase ledger activities and maintain strong financial controls. Provide financial analysis and support to senior management. Mentor and support junior members of the finance team.

Drive process improvements and contribute to the ongoing development of the finance function.

About you:

Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or soon to be qualified Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
