Purchase Ledger Clerk We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our busy Accounts Department based at our Head Office in Kilrea. Kennys Foodfare has 8 convenience stores in Northern Ireland. The role would suit someone who has a genuine interest in pursuing a career within accounts/or furthering a career in accounts.

Hours:

Monday to Friday (Office-based) (preferably 5 days per week - we would consider alternatives) What youll be doing:
Assisting with day-to-day finance operations, including purchase ledger and sales ledger processing for our eight stores. Data entry;
Handling queries from suppliers and customers General finance administration and ad hoc tasks to support the wider accounts team Ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed timelines Skills & Experience - What were looking for Previous experience in a busy finance / office team (desirable) - purchase / sales ledger Experience in an accounts package, preferably SAGE Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel advantageous Strong attention to detail GSCE Maths & English Ability to work to tight deadlines with a proactive, "can-do" attitude Excellent team player and communicator We are a supportive team environment where your contribution will be valued.
