About the Job

Reporting to the Company Accountant, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of the companies accounts function.

• Support accounts receivable/payable processes and reconciliations, ensuring ledgers are kept up to date.
• Complete daily bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies
• Process customer invoices and follow up on outstanding debt in a professional and timely manner
• Process customer payments accurately and maintain appropriate records.
• Complete corporate credit card and charge card transaction processing.
• Assist with the preparation of weekly payroll and associated reporting.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management as required.
• Provide financial, clerical and administrative support to the Finance Team
• Work closely with stakeholders across the wider business.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 1 years' experience in a practice, finance or similar office-based role.
• Strong numerical ability, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Office 365.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
