Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Armagh who is currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Financial Services Administrator to join a well-established financial planning team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisors while ensuring the smooth processing and servicing of client policies and investment portfolios. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within the financial services or wealth management sector, with a strong understanding of pensions and investment products.

You will be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to Financial Advisors.
  • Processing and monitoring pension, investment, and protection business.
  • Liaising with providers, clients, and advisers to progress applications and policy requests.
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed within agreed timescales.
  • Following up on outstanding policies and applications to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems.
  • Handling client queries professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 year's experience in a Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Financial Planning administrative role.
  • Strong working knowledge of pensions and investment products.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Demonstrable stable employment history.
Qualifications
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
  • Relevant Financial Services qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
