Orchard Lodge is a purpose‑built residential care and nursing home in Armagh. The home offers views of the local cathedrals and city from most bedrooms, lounges, and dining rooms.
We provide professional, person‑centred care, dementia specialists and support for young people with physical disabilities. All private, light and spacious bedrooms are fully furnished with en‑suite facilities, enabling residents to live as independently as possible with 24‑hour support.

As Care Team Leader you will plan and deliver high‑quality care that keeps residents safe, respected and independent. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintain accurate records, and support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager. Key responsibilities include medication management, medication audits and ensuring team adherence to care standards.

We are seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader who excels in person‑centred care planning, dementia care expertise and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be positive, build strong relationships, and demonstrate outstanding organisational skills.

• Experience with medications in a care setting
• Right to work in the UK
• Minimum GCSE/NVQ 3 or above (or equivalent) and good standard of English
• Previous care experience

• Previous experience in a care home setting
• Experience supervising staff
