Care Assistant – Day Shift

Shift: 08:00 – 20:00.

• Respect the residents’ dignity and privacy.
• Provide the highest standard of person‑centred support to help residents maintain independence.
• Work with residents and families to deliver person‑centred care.
• Support with all aspects of personal care: feeding, toileting, bathing.
• Maintain thorough and up‑to‑date records for each resident.

• Fantastic people skills – supportive, great communicator, able to build strong relationships and empathise.
• Caring by nature – enthusiastic person‑centred approach with a genuine passion for making people’s lives a little brighter each day.
• Great team player – work well in a team of like‑minded people.
• Adaptable – able to think on your feet and adapt quickly to changing situations in a fast‑paced environment.
• No experience? No problem – a comprehensive induction programme and training plan will be provided.
