Talent Acquisition Partner (12 month FTC) - German speaking

Your new role Hays is excited to be recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract for a global organisation operating within the engineering and power solutions sector. As a trusted recruitment partner, you'll be based in the Peterborough office and manage the full recruitment life cycle for Germany, working closely with hiring managers to deliver talent strategies, attract high-quality candidates, build talent pipelines, and provide market insight to support business growth.

Fluency in German is essential for this role due to regular interaction with German-speaking stakeholders and candidates.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles. Partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies. Source and engage talent using ATS, CRM platforms, social media, referrals and direct sourcing. Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Use recruitment data and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions. Champion excellent candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives.

About You Experienced in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Skilled in sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. Comfortable using ATS, CRM and recruitment technologies. Able to analyse recruitment metrics and workforce data. Fluent German speaker (essential).
