Position:HR Officer
Based in:ABP Lurgan
Hours:40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus flexibility to ensure business requests are satisfied in line with agreed targets.

Reporting to the site's HR Manager and working closely with site's leadership team, the HR Officer will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of HR operations, while acting as a trusted advisor to employees and management. This is a varied role that combines employee relations, recruitment, talent development, HR administration and culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate recruitment activities from advertising through to onboarding
- Support learning, development and employee engagement and wellbeing activities
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensuring HR systems are updated in a timely manner
