Position: People & Recruitment Co-ordinator
We're delighted to be partnering with an established organisation to recruit a People & Recruitment Co-ordinator based in Bath. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a highly administrative role and enjoys keeping processes organised, accurate and running smoothly. Supporting both recruitment and HR activities, you'll play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for candidates and employees alike.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week on site.

Key Responsibilities Managing recruitment administration from advert through to onboarding Coordinating interviews and candidate communications Preparing contracts, offer letters and employee documentation Maintaining HR systems and employee records Supporting payroll administration Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and company events Providing wider administrative support to the team as required. About You Previous HR, recruitment or administration experience Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Strong communication and IT skills Able to manage multiple priorities effectively A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Someone with a strong work ethic who is happy to roll up their sleeves and support wherever needed.
