People Manager Permanent Swindon Salary: up to £41,500 DOE  Benefits  Great Scope. Office based. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll provide strategic and hands-on HR and OD support across a multi-site organisation, helping to shape the people agenda and support organisational and cultural change. This diverse, hands-on generalist role will cover;
Talent and Succession Employee Relations Organisational Development Recruitment Learning & Development Culture and change Leading a small People Team You'll act as a 'true' business partner to senior leaders and play a key role in delivering HR projects - turning strategy into action and providing pragmatic advice and challenge. We're looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong generalist background, ideally gained within a multi-site SME organisation.

You'll have experience of leading teams and managing organisational change, together with a strong understanding of UK employment law. You'll be commercial and operational, confident working at pace and comfortable rolling your sleeves up when needed. Strong influencing, communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is a genuine desire to make a positive difference within a values-led organisation.
