Integration Specialist

IT Integration Specialist (M365 & Infrastructure Migrations) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Integration Specialist based in London. This critical role focuses on integrating newly acquired businesses into our core enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring absolute standardization, high performance, security, and compliance. As the Integration Specialist, you will lead hands-on Microsoft 365 (M365) migrations across a range of on-site business entities.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, application owners, security, architecture, and service teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions , with a strong focus on automation, standardization, and reuse . What Will the Integration Specialist Be Doing:
Lead M365 Migrations :
Act as the primary technical point of contact , driving M365 migrations while supporting a diverse range of business stakeholders. Infrastructure Standardization :
Manage and execute infrastructure migrations aligned cleanly to core enterprise standards. Service Excellence:
Deliver and maintain high standards for system availability, latency, performance, capacity, and scalability. Continuous Improvement :
Ensure remediation actions are tracked and successfully resolved across engineering teams. Partner with SRE, Operations, and Service Desk teams to ensure seamless service delivery and transition . Compliance & Security :
Oversee automated patching workflows , vulnerability remediations, and general configuration compliance . Occasional travel to corporate offices to ensure integration projects and service delivery meet exact business requirements. What the Integration Specialis Will Ideally Have:
Proven M365 migration experience (including on-premises to cloud and Tenant-to-Tenant migrations ), ideally within large or corporate environments . Very strong, practical knowledge of infrastructure , cloud architecture , and operations beyond simple task execution. Automation Skills :
Hands-on , proficient scripting skills using Power Shell . A strong background across core Microsoft technologies (Entra , Azure, M365, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams). Technical Fundamentals :
Sound knowledge of networking infrastructure , security frameworks , and operating system fundamentals (both Windows and Linux). Experience operating within ISO
27001 or similarly regulated compliance environments . ITSM Alignment:
Experience integrating infrastructure with enterprise ITSM platforms (e.g., Service Now) and aligning delivery with ITIL processes .
