Description Team Overview

The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on-site teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem-solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Role Overview

You will play a key role within the business unit, supporting the preparation of accurate reporting and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analysing data to support data-driven decision-making within the business unit. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm
  • Salary: Competitive Depending on Experience
  • Responsible to: Operational Excellence Manager
What You'll be Doing
  • Experienced in collecting, cleaning, transforming, and preparing data using tools such as Excel, Power Query, and Power BI to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
  • Skilled at integrating data from multiple sources, analysing datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights, and conducting statistical analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, develop interactive dashboards and visualisations, and resolve reporting challenges.
  • Proven ability to lead training and knowledge-sharing sessions, support ad hoc data requests, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to the development of data documentation and reporting standards.
