Salary: £28,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements- 3+ years hands‑on experience in an IT support, service desk, or infrastructure role
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and Azure environments
- Experience managing Microsoft 365 services (Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, managed switches)
- Confident communicator with strong customer‑facing skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of issues
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
- Experience with virtualisation technologies (Hyper‑V, VMware)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI‑assisted productivity tools
- Previous experience working in an MSP or multi‑client environment
- Manage and support client networks, servers, and IT systems
- Provide technical support via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, and remote support tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
- Manage and support Microsoft Server and Azure environments
- Implement and support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Intune solutions
- Design, deploy, and maintain managed network solutions
- Monitor client systems and proactively identify and resolve potential issues
- Ensure systems align with cyber security best practices
- Manage multiple open support tickets and prioritise workloads effectively
