We are recruiting for an IRT Customer Solutions Specialist Level 1 to join our Systems Management team within Project Services at our global headquarters in Craigavon.
In this role, you will act as the first point of escalation for clinical study sites participating in global clinical trials using IXRS technology. This technology supports subject enrolment, randomisation, drug inventory management and the recording of subject data. You will provide timely support to sites utilising IRT technology while carrying out a range of activities including Data Management, Inventory Management and User Security Management.
The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop customer service, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills while gaining valuable experience within the clinical research environment.

- Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK with no restrictions OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK.
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English Language, Grade C or above
- Previous experience within a customer facing role within a service industry

Additional InformationThe working pattern for this role is flexible working Monday to Thursday, with core hours of 10am to 4pm, and a fixed shift on Sundays from 5am to 1pm.
