Central Cleaner - Day Shift - ALMAC

CPL have partnered with ALMAC Group to recruit a Cleaner for a temporary, ongoing contract.

Pay Rate – Day Shift: £13.47 p/h

Location – ALMAC Global Headquarters, Craigavon

Benefits – 34 days holiday per annum

Hours – 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday;
Day Shift – 09:00 – 15:00

The post holder will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in designated areas of the Almac (Craigavon) facilities.

• Perform routine cleaning of the facility as required, including any additional areas which may require a higher standard of cleaning.
• Be required to move to additional areas to provide cover for periods of absence.
• Be required to be flexible with regards to hours of work to accommodate business need, this may include overtime and weekend work.
• Use Almac approved consumables and maintain a suitable level of stock at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and complete stock order forms on a regular and ongoing basis.
• Inform Line Manager of maintenance issues as and when they arise which are observed during performance of duties.
• Keep Line Manager informed on a regular basis of progress and any circumstances which alter agreed time scales and work schedules.
• Maintain adequate supplies of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Fully adhere to training provided to ensure the Health, Safety and Wellbeing of yourself and others.

• Previous cleaning experience in an office environment.
• Previous cleaning experience in an industrial setting including knowledge of GMP standards.
• Experience of using cleaning equipment, e.g. floor buffers.
