Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

Hours: 7.5 hours per week

Days: Monday to Friday

Shift: 9:00am – 10:30am

Contract: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a reliable Part-Time Morning Cleaner to work at a professional site in Armagh .

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering a regular 1.5-hour morning shift, Monday to Friday, with no weekend working .

The position could be ideal for someone living or already working locally who is looking for additional regular hours each week.

• Monday: 9:00am – 10:30am
• Tuesday: 9:00am – 10:30am
• Thursday: 9:00am – 10:30am
• Friday: 9:00am – 10:30am
• Total: 7.5 hours per week

£15.00 per hour

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises.

Duties will include:

• Cleaning customer-facing and staff areas
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
• Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
• Wiping and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste
  
  Replenishing consumables where required
• General cleaning duties throughout the premises
• Ensuring the site is left clean, tidy and presentable

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous cleaning experience, ideally within a commercial environment
• Is reliable and punctual
• Can commit to the full Monday-to-Friday shift pattern
• Can provide valid Right to Work documentation
• Is comfortable with lone working
• Is comfortable with potential key-holder responsibilities and using an alarm panel
• Can use a telephone-based time and attendance system
• Is looking for a position with the potential to become permanent

The position will initially be supplied through Concept Resources , with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the cleaning team following a successful temporary period.
