Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor Due to the continued growth of the company, we are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor for projects across the UK, Ireland & wider EU. Duties include;
Manage a crew of concrete workers to ensure projects are delivered to client specifications & quality Liaise with clients and subcontractors on site in all aspects Organise daily work schedules and delegating roles to various tradesmen and skilled workers in the crew Completion of daily and weekly checklists to ensure accurate real-time reporting of information to office-based staff Take proactive ownership of all site-related issues starting from the initial planning for pre-site organised, right through to on-site activities and subsequent completion of project to ensure a successful outcome at each stage

Essential Criteria Must have Right to Work in both the UK & EU Must be willing to travel for work to any active site Previous experience leading a team working with concrete Must have the ability to maintain focus under pressure Good onsite and off-site communication skills High attention to detail Salary & Remuneration Salary is negotiable depending on experience Occupational workplace pension 20 days annual leave plus statutory public holidays All necessary training provided by the company If you are interested in this position, please submit your CV by clicking the apply button below.
