Credit Control Team Lead

MCS Group are delighted to be working with a leading hospitality business to recruit a Credit Control Team Lead to join their team in Armagh.

As the successful Credit Control Team Lead, you will receive:

• £35,000 salary (flexible)

Reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and developing a team
• Overseeing debt collection and escalations
• Managing credit limits and customer queries
• Driving performance, delegation and outstanding debt recovery

The successful Credit Control Team Lead will meet the following criteria:

• Strong Credit Control experience
• Previous team leadership experience desirable
• Open to experienced Credit Controllers ready to step up
• Confident managing and developing an experienced team
