Proven experience in a supervisory or Shift Manager role within food manufacturing
Strong leadership and people-management capability
High attention to detail with a strong commitment to food safety and quality
Confident decision-maker in a fast-paced production environment
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Desirable:
Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement tools
Health & Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH Managing Safely)
Strong mechanical awareness and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
