Your role will be to drive operational effectiveness through the optimal use of shift manpower, machinery, material and methods with commitment to quality, efficiency, capacity and customer service focusing on reliable metrics and KPIs to achieve continuous improvements. Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following: ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: 2 years experience at Management/supervisory level preferably within product manufacturing Organisation and Time Management:

Proficiency in using ERP and CRM software and other business applications. Technical
Skills:
A strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and production planning with the ability to grasp technical concepts and techniques associated with Carpet manufacturing Leadership
Skills:
Ability to lead a team and motivate your shift and make an impact on company culture Communication
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including strong IT skills to develop and showcase department metrics. Problem-solving
Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve production issues efficiently. Results Driven:
