Overview of the Company
Our client is a leading FMCG food manufacturer. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a creative, organised and commercially minded Senior eCommerce Executive to join their marketing team.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will manage the day-to-day administration and presentation of the company's eCommerce websites while supporting online sales growth.

Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in eCommerce administration, website management or a similar role
- Experience using eCommerce platforms or content management systems
- Strong graphic design and web design skills
- Knowledge of online merchandising, user experience and conversion best practices
- Experience implementing on-page SEO, internal linking, metadata and content optimisation
- Knowledge of A/B testing, heat mapping and conversion-rate optimisation tools
- Ability to interpret website, customer and sales data
- Excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and commercially focused approach
- Manage website content, products, pricing, promotions and online merchandising
- Design landing pages, banners and mobile-responsive website content
- Support eCommerce campaigns, product launches and seasonal promotions
- Assist with online orders, customer queries and fulfilment systems
- Use website and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Improve website navigation, usability and the overall customer journey
- Implement on-page SEO and content optimisation
- Support A/B testing and conversion-rate optimisation activity
- Test website functionality and resolve day-to-day issues
- Work closely with the eCommerce Manager and wider marketing team to grow online sales
