The Role

• Deliver high-quality nursing care

• Administer medication safely

• Complete care plans and clinical assessments

• Work alongside GPs, families and the MDT

• Lead and support the care team

• Maintain accurate clinical records

What You'll Need

• Active NMC registration (RGN/RMN)

• A caring, compassionate approach

• Strong communication skills
