Vickerstock, in partnership with a well-established family-run food producer in Armagh, invites applications for a Food Quality Technician. The role reports to the Technical Manager and focuses on fruit processing, certificate analysis, and HACCP maintenance within a newly refurbished facility.
You will ensure accurate labelling, quality checks on fruit (hardness, ripeness), and adherence to HACCP/BRC standards, while performing general label printing and paperwork duties.
