Customer Service Rep, General Retail
THE EMPLOYER IS: COST CUTTER CATHEDRAL ROAD ARMAGH. The successful candidate will be using an e-pos till system, taking payments, making sure till balances at the end of the day. They will be spending time away from the till, filling shelves, checking stock and assisting the shop floor supervisor to provide an excellent shopping experience for all customers.
Responsibilities- Welcome customers and provide friendly helpful service.
- Report customer issues to line managers.
- Ensure shopping baskets and carrier bags are clean.
- Lottery.
- Paypoint.
- Manage all duties required within the till area.
- Any reasonable duty required by the supervisor.
- Excellent customer service and communication.
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role.
