• Deliver great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
• Be proactive in helping customers and understanding their needs
• Learn product knowledge and the practical aspects of our fitting services
• Demonstrate and explain our products to customers
• Contribute to a positive shopping experience and achieve personal and store goals

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
